Appointment Scheduling

By booking an appointment with Paws on Wheels Austin, you agree to provide accurate information about your dog including breed, size, age, coat condition, and any behavioral history that may affect the grooming process. We reserve the right to decline or stop service at any time for the safety of the dog or our staff.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeat no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee or removed from our booking schedule.

Health and Safety

Your dog must be current on rabies vaccination. We reserve the right to require proof of vaccination. Dogs showing signs of contagious illness may be declined service to protect other animals and staff. We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions discovered during grooming.

Matting and Coat Conditions

Severely matted coats may require additional charges or may result in shave-downs when de-matting would cause undue stress. We will communicate this to you before proceeding. Preventing matting is the owner's responsibility between appointments.

Senior Dogs and Medical Conditions

Grooming can be stressful for older or medically compromised dogs. By agreeing to service, you acknowledge that you have disclosed any health conditions and accept that grooming may occasionally uncover or aggravate underlying conditions beyond our control.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. Returned or declined payments may result in a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Paws on Wheels Austin will take every precaution to ensure your dog's safety. In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care. You will be notified immediately. You are responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.
